From February 15, 2013, the new Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) EAC certification system began, a total of three basic technical regulations:

1. CU TR 004/2011: Low Voltage Products Regulations (AC 50V-1000V and DC 75V-1500V)
2. CU TR 010/2011: Machinery products technical regulations
3. CU TR 020/2011: EMC technical regulations
    

Regulation Effective date: February 15, 2013

Transition Date: until March 15, 2015 (formerly GOST-R certificate or TR certificate will invalidate this date)
Customs Union TR certificate will implement the new format of certificate and certification mark, logo EAC mark, as shown below.

Customs Union TR certificate issuing authority as follows: Customs Union registered certification authority.

EAC certification to add the following items than GOST-R Certification.
1. CIG023 Factory inspection report (with every year update).
2. Russian manual.
3. EAC certification mandatory for local agents in Russia to sign the application.
