On October 10, 2012, the United States environmental protection agency released since on
August 20, 2012 - September 7 day receive the 32 new chemical preliminary production notice
(PMNs) and 28 new chemicals began production of the notice, this notice based on the
toxicsubstances control act chapter 5.
32 preliminary production notification contains hydrogenated modified rosin, fatty acid amine salt,
primary amine acetate and other material, involving coating, electric record toner, pigment
dispersant agent, and other purposes. Among them, and a preliminary production notice
(PMNs) to apply for the business information confidential. In addition, the EPA also received
2 copies of test exemption application.
To notice and apply for comments will until November 9, 2012.
