U.S. FDA announced the new old medical standards (IEC60601-1 2nd Edition: 1988) of the
transition date deferred.
Originally in the June 30, 2013 is not in the accepted medical standards continue to apply earlier
versions listed or continue to sell in the market, but the FDA recently announcement on the website
of its old and new medical standards extend the transition date of December 31, 2013 day.
