パラレル規格IEC60601-1-Xシリーズは、電気医療機器システム、電磁両立性、X線保護のための主な目的を提供し、IEC60601-1に適用する必要があります。
IEC特定の医療機器に適用される規定の60601から2-XXシリーズ、また、IEC60601-1を適用する必要があり、IEC60601-1-Xも適用規格である。

現在では、IEC60601-1の第二版のために：
IEC60601-1 ED.2（12/98）医療電気機器= IEC601-1（1988）+アム1（91分の11）+アム。2（03/95）。
第三版のFDIS版は、段階に入っている、2006年に発売予定ですバッファ期間：推定2-5歳、個々に応じて改正の進捗に応じて、特別仕様製品（パート2）が必要です。
